With limited information, House uses some unorthodox methods to try to determine a diagnosis in time to save his patient's life.

Continuing from the previous episode, Jesse remains caught in a tree after jumping out of Joey's airplane. He eventually gets down, but ends up in jail for smashing Farmer Bob's tomatoes in "Tomato Country" and for trying to steal the farmer's truck.
